Fitness Classes for the over 50's*

Fun and social fitness classes combining toning, stretching, conditioning and dance. Classes adapted to all abilities (including limited mobility).

Open to men and women.

* aimed at over 50’s but all adults welcome and classes adapted to suit all fitness levels.

Zumba Gold - South Somerset


Zumba Gold is a low impact exercise suitable for beginners, over 50's or those new to exercise. Dance yourself fit to latin rhythms.


Odcombe Village Hall

Mondays 11am-12pm except the last Monday of every month.

Fitness League Classes


Appeals to the more mature participant and consists of low impact movement to music.

The aim of the sessions is to mobilise joints and strengthen muscles.


Each class is made up of a warm up, posture work, a short floor section, a dance section and a cool down, and is therefore varied and works the whole body.
