Your challenge...how many minutes can you do in 28 days? Try and do 150 per week as a minimum!

 

Your challenge is to get yourself and each member of your team to achieve the most minutes in 28 days and compete against other teams in your workplace!

 

No need for pedometers...you just need to record your minutes on this challenge!

 

Anything counts as activity so long as it is "brisk" - walking the dog, walking to work, swimming, cycling, playing sport!!
