Nordic Walking is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. It’s a great way to get back into exercise, start toning the body and enjoy being outdoors! Nordic Walking uses 30% more calories than ordinary walking so can be used as part of a weight loss programme.
The Minehead group started on Thursday mornings at 9.30am in April and now has 12 members who alternate their weekly walks between Minehead beach and North Hill.
