Your challenge this month is in preparation for 'The Sport Relief Mile' on Sunday 25th March.

1) Complete 60 minutes a week in prepartaion for your selected mile.

2) Then, register yourself for one of the 11 miles that are happening in Somerset. Choose from 1, 3 or 6 miles.

3) Run your mile on Sunday 25th March 2012
