You can only log activity minutes you've done for today or any day in the past 14 days. You can also only log durations between 5 and 480 minutes, and you need to make sure you specify how intense your activity was - low, moderate or high.
Yes, but only for the past 14 days. On your log your activity page you'll see a pencil icon next to each activity you've logged. Click on the pencil and you can edit the data for this entry.
Yes. If you go to your results page you'll see a link above your results to view your monthly results. This will show the current months activities. By using the green arrows you can view the results for other months too.
We offer a range of 50 or so activities for you to choose from. This is so that we can gather meaningful data and can offer useful information and statistics as the programme continues. We'd therefore ask that you choose the closest activity from the list provided. However, if you believe there is a popular activity missing from the list, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
