Zing is a simple way to keep track of all your physical activity throughout each month. Simply sign in, pick your activity and log how many minutes you've done.
The site does the rest by keeping track of your totals, averages and targets. If you log enough minutes you'll receive a bronze, silver or gold award for your efforts, and if you're in the top five users that month, you'll appear on the Zing league tables.
There are currently around 50 activities for which you can log your minutes.
These range from easy activities such as walking to work right up to endurance sports like triathlons.
All you do is click on the activity you've done, and log how many minutes you did.
You'll then be able to see and edit all your minutes on your monthly activity calendar.
Once you've started logging your minutes you'll also start to see the results of what you've achieved.
You'll see an overall graph for all the activities you've done, along with monthly pages so you can see how well you've done each month.
Each month you can work towards a bronze, silver or gold award for the minutes that you log. Once you've achieved an award you can download a Zing certificate.
Also, every month the top five users will appear on the Zing league tables.
Along with the monthly minutes awards, there are also challenges set by Zing - and again if you log enough minutes towards the challange you will receive an award certificate from us.
